Biography of Roger (Rusty) Williams

Born in Herrin, Illinois in 1949, Roger has been a Northwoods resident since 1954. He is married to his wife, Peggy, and has two children, Ed and Candice. Rober is a member and past president of the Humane Society of Vilas County since it's inception. He is also a part time shelter volunteer since 1990, and has adopted many shelter animals.
